Every touch billed.
Every rate remembered.

WP ERP is custody and billing software for warehousing and 3PL operations. It tracks every item, every move, and every bay — then turns that history into invoices your customer can audit line by line.

Every touch carries the rate in force when it happened

Handling is the revenue most systems quietly lose

A heavy item might be received by crane, moved three times, re-crated, shrink-wrapped, inspected, staged and loaded before it ever leaves. Most warehouse systems bill the storage and forget the touches — or bill the storage twice because the item changed bays.

WP ERP treats custody as the source of truth. Storage bills once per item per month no matter how many times it moves. Handling bills per touch, at the rate that was in force the day it happened.

Moving an item doesn't re-bill rent

Occupancy follows the item across bays and yard overflow as one continuous storage cycle.

Rate changes don't rewrite history

A tariff revision applies going forward. A customer on a negotiated card keeps their rates until renewal, and old invoices never move.

Partial releases stay honest

Release two of three and the siblings keep accruing storage on their own clock.

Nobody approves their own invoice

The system refuses self-approval. The person who creates and submits cannot be the person who approves.

Revenue, occupancy and AR at a glance

Storage versus handling split across a 24-month trend, utilisation by site, and open receivables — all from the posted ledger, not a spreadsheet.

Billable

Every touch, with the rate that applied

Eleven touches, nine billable, three bays, one storage cycle. A corrected double-entry stays visible and reversed rather than deleted — the record is append-only.

Invoices your customer can actually audit

Every handling line traces back to the touch that produced it. Segregation of duties is enforced by the system, not by policy.

Built for gloves and a scanner

Code 128 labels print in batches. Dock crews receive, check in, place, move and release from a phone — and only see the warehouse screens their role allows.

What's under the hood

A real double-entry accounting core, not a billing spreadsheet with a warehouse bolted on.

Ledger & posting engine

Double-entry accounts, dimensions, posting rules with activate/retire versions, and append-only journals. Corrections post as reversals.

Warehouses, zones & bays

Multi-site with per-site utilisation, zone and bay drill-down, and yard overflow handled as part of the same storage cycle.

Custody & touch tracking

Receive, check in, place, move, re-crate, inspect, stage, load and release — each event timestamped, attributed and priced.

Rate sheets & tariffs

Standard tariff plus per-customer negotiated cards. Revisions are dated, so a customer can hold old rates until renewal.

AR, invoicing & statements

Create, submit, approve and post. Aging by bucket, disputes, credit memos, write-offs and customer statements.

Reporting & GL drill-down

Trial balance (with verification), P&L series, rollups by dimension, and drill from any account to the posting request behind it.

Labels & scanning

Batch-printed Code 128 barcodes, phone or handheld scanning, and a dock view built for the people actually on the floor.

Roles, audit & tenant isolation

Role-aware menus, full audit log of changes, enforced segregation of duties, and tenant separation built into the data layer.

REST API & webhooks

143 documented endpoints with an OpenAPI spec. Every screen is an API call, so integration isn't an afterthought.
